At Masud Marketers, we are committed to client satisfaction and strive to deliver high-quality digital marketing services. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which refunds may be considered for our services. Please read it carefully.
1. Nature of Our Services
Masud Marketers provides intangible digital marketing services, such as Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Social Media Marketing (SMM), Content Marketing, Pay-Per-Click (PPC) advertising management, web design, and consulting. Unlike physical products, our services involve time, effort, expertise, and resources expended from the moment work begins.
2. General No-Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our digital services and the immediate allocation of resources, time, and expertise upon project commencement, Masud Marketers generally operates under a strict no-refund policy. Once a service agreement is signed and payment is processed, work on your project begins, and the associated costs are incurred.
3. Exceptions to the No-Refund Policy
While a general no-refund policy is in place, we understand that unique circumstances may arise. Refunds may be considered only under the following exceptional conditions, as explicitly agreed upon in writing:
Service Not Initiated: If for any unforeseen reason Masud Marketers is unable to commence work on your project within 15 business days of the agreed-upon start date, and provided you notify us in writing of your intent to cancel before any work has begun, a full refund for the uncommenced services may be issued.
Material Breach of Contract by Masud Marketers: If Masud Marketers is found to be in material breach of the specific terms outlined in your signed service agreement, and we fail to remedy such breach within a reasonable timeframe (e.g., 30 days) after receiving written notice from you, a partial refund proportionate to the unfulfilled services may be considered.
Cancellation of Recurring Services (Pro-rata): For recurring monthly services (e.g., ongoing SEO, SMM management) where payment is made in advance for a specific period, if you provide written notice of cancellation at least 30 days before the start of the next billing cycle, we will not charge you for the subsequent cycle. No refunds will be issued for the current or completed service period. Any overpayment made for a future uncommenced period will be refunded on a pro-rata basis.
Specific Guarantees in Contract: If your individual service agreement includes specific performance guarantees for which a refund is explicitly outlined as a remedy, those terms will supersede this general refund policy.
4. Non-Refundable Items/Situations
The following are generally non-refundable:
Consultation Fees: Fees for initial consultations, audits, or strategy sessions are non-refundable once the consultation has taken place.
Completed Work: Services or project phases that have been completed and delivered, or for which significant work has already been performed, are not eligible for a refund.
Third-Party Costs: Costs for third-party tools, software licenses, advertising spend (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads), stock images, or domain registrations purchased on your behalf are non-refundable once incurred.
Partial Service Use: No refunds will be issued for partial use of a service package or if you decide to discontinue services mid-way through a billing cycle or project phase without cause.
Results Not Guaranteed: While we strive for excellent results, digital marketing outcomes (e.g., specific rankings, sales, leads) cannot be guaranteed due to the dynamic nature of search engines, social media algorithms, market conditions, and competitor activities. Therefore, dissatisfaction with specific results alone does not qualify for a refund.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund under the exceptional circumstances outlined above, you must:

Provide all relevant documentation, including your service agreement, payment receipts, and any correspondence related to the issue.
Submit the request within 7 business days of the occurrence of the exceptional circumstance (e.g., notification of inability to commence work, discovery of material breach).
All refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Masud Marketers reserves the right to make the final decision regarding any refund.
6. Refund Processing
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 30 business days of the approval date. Refunds will be issued via the original method of payment whenever possible.
